Purpose

Sign in to the CareConnect Platform Manager (the control plane) to manage customers, instances, platform features, and provisioning operations.

Who can use it?

• Platform staff only (Super Admin / Admin / Support).
• Customer users should sign in to their tenant CareConnect instance instead.

Troubleshooting

• If redirected to setup, the Platform Manager isn’t configured yet.
• If you get repeated sign-in failures, confirm the correct hostname and account.
